We are currently looking for experienced naval and industrial painters for long-term projects in shipbuilding, offshore, and heavy industry sectors. The tasks include surface preparation, corrosion protection, and painting of metal structures according to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing surfaces: blasting, sanding, degreasing, and filling
  • Applying primers, coatings, and paint systems manually or with machines (airless spraying, brush, roller)
  • Painting of metal structures, tanks, pipelines, ship hulls, and industrial equipment
  • Measuring coating thickness and ensuring compliance with technical specifications
  • Working safely with solvents, chemicals, and protective coatings
  • Following environmental and safety regulations (VCA, ARBO guidelines)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an industrial or naval painter ​
  • Solid knowledge of paints, surface preparation, and application techniques
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Capable of understanding and following technical instructions
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces
  • Willingness to work in shifts or on-site when required

Nice to Have

  • VCA certificate (safety at work)
  • Category B driving license
  • Industrial painting certification or blasting & coating certificates (e.g. NACE, FROSIO or equivalent)
